Westgate Street Closure

Due to the closure of Westgate Street for the Varsity event at the Principality Stadium, some buses will divert and use alternative city centre bus stops between 19:45 and 21:00 on Wednesday 26th April.

Services not listed below will not be affected.

The outbound bus stops at Cardiff Bridge and St. David's Hospital will not be served, please use the stops at Wood Street or at top of Neville Street instead
17 and 18	Park Street Buses will enter the city centre via Neville Street and Despenser Street, terminating at Park Street Buses towards Canton & Ely will start from Park Street and exit the city centre via Tudor Street, Clare Street and Neville Street. The outbound bus stops at Westgate Street, Cardiff Bridge and St. David's Hospital will not be served, please use the stops at Park Street or at top of Neville Street instead
21 and 23	Greyfriars Road GL (northside) Routes 21 and 23 will enter the city centre via North Road and Kingsway, exiting via Greyfriars Road, Park Place and Boulevard De Nantes Route 24 inbound will enter the city centre via Lower Cathedral Road and Despenser Street, terminating at Fitzhamon Embankment. Bus stops at Kingsway and Westgate Street will not be served
27	Greyfriars Road GL (northside) Bus stops at Kingsway (inbound) and Westgate Street will not be served
35	Greyfriars Road GL (northside) Buses will terminate at Greyfriars Road Bus will start from Greyfriars Road (stop GJ). Bus stops at Kingsway, Westgate Street, Wyndham Arcade, Bute Terrace, Lower Churchill Way and Dumfries Place will not be served
44 and 45	Bute Terrace Bus stops at Dumfries Place, Greyfriars Road, Kingsway, Castle Street and Wyndham Arcade will not be served
49 and 50	Bute Terrace Bus stops at Dumfries Place, Greyfriars Road, Kingsway, Castle Street and Wyndham Arcade will not be served
